Oh dear Vicki. so sorry you suffer from migraines. Maybe you were not meant to
go into the office. I am liking fish more and more and really like seabass.
It is ages since I made a similar salsa and it really did go well with the fish.
Hope you get to Fyshwick tomorrow.

We were planning to have Blackened Fish for tonight. (A salsa would go well
with that too!) I was going to go in to the office for the first time this
year, and then stop at one of the fishmongers at Fyshwick Markets on the way
home, but have a migraine so have I’ve decided to stay home. Maybe tomorrow.
We have plenty of leftovers in the fridge and freezer so we’ll cope 🙂 but I
had been looking forward to fish.

so yummy and so easy. Was supposed to be mango salsa but the Aldi ready to
eat mangoes were horrible, one brown and one so hard. Luckily had some
canned pineapple slices left from my baked gammon. Actually think the
pineapple might have been better than the mango.
