Dinner tonight...
Reverse seared hand cut (by me) filet with a brandy, cream and touch creole 
mustard flambe’d pan sauce.

Served with pressure steamed cauliflower, puréed with cream cheese, sour cream, 
salt, pepper, granulated garlic and a pinch of crushed red pepper.

Yum!!
