One client is a bank that requires a patch for a fixup that oracle forgot to include in an upgrade. The SR is a few weeks old now - it went 1+ weeks with 'Your analyst is away from the office...' Just now I was reminded of something else I hope they can fix - make single signon to MOS really single - not two or three attempts before it gives up and takes you back to the initial signon page.
