RE: 2GB or not 2GB (datafile limit)? That is the question.

...is there still a filesystem where Oracle is supported that
limits file sizes to 4GB? That would seem weird.

Of course a file can only have (2^21)-1 database blocks unless
it is a 10g BIGFILE tablespace so you can't get all that huge anyway
with 2 or 4KB oracle blocks.
