Had a storage admin who took an online BCV backup and restored it to a live
mission critical production system in the middle of the day causing database
corruption and a downtime of several hours.

Had a sysadmin with OCD who decided he wanted to rearrange the locations
of Oracle home files and did so while databases were running.
