The same guys that brought you a last minute re-affirmation of 8-VSB,
the receiver mandate and subsidies for converter boxes (and the
converter box program itself) now have some advice.

Thinking outside the box again. Who would have thought that further
delay was the answer?
Reminds me of the guys trying to fix our financial mess.
The logic being that those who made the mess somehow might know how to fix it?
