On the point of "re-affirmation of 8-VSB" you are lying.  There was only one
affirmation.  You were looking for something else.  When you didn't get
that, you took their lack of action as a "re"-affirmation.

the receiver mandate and subsidies for converter boxes (and the

Thinking outside the box again. Who would have thought that further
delay was the answer?

Reminds me of the guys trying to fix our financial mess.

The logic being that those who made the mess somehow might know how to fix
it?
