Thanks to all who responded to my inquiry. Based on the relatively small
sample size of responses and the fact that a relatively normal 68
Townsend's were reported during the Eugene CBC, it appears that the
Townsend's numbers are not unusually low in the Valley this season.
Instead, it appears that a few of us have simply been unlucky.
