Hello All,

No Long-tailed duck today. I walked out into the middle of the reservoir on
Royal Avenue first thing this morning, but visibility through the fog was about
30 yards, so that wasn't too productive. A single BONEPARTES GULL was one of
the only birds seen before about 10:00AM when the fog finally lifted. 3
WHITE-THROATED SPARROWS were on Perkins Peninsula. 3 HORNED GREBES and a single
EARED GREBE were on the reservoir. 27 WHITE PELICANS were roosting off Perkins
on a newly exposed island south of Royal. Late this afternoon, Roger Robb and I
watched a SNOW GOOSE fly off the mud near Perkins with a large flock of
CACKLING GEESE.

Good Birding,

John Sullivan
