Barry McKenzie, Vickie Buck and I found a nice assortment of shorebirds on the
rapidly drying mud flats south of the Royal Observation Platform this afternoon.
Semipalmated Plover - 12
Killdeer - 6
LONG-BILLED CURLEW - 1
RED KNOT -1
SANDERLING - 1
Least Sandpiper - 20
SEMIPALMATED SANDPIPER - 3
Western Sandpiper - 80
Long-billed Dowitcher - 45
Wilson's Phalarope - 4
Spotted Sandpiper - 6
Greater Yellowlegs - 16
