Yup. Opening the merge document where all the fields reside with the brackets. Once a merge is completed and printed, we don't save the result. /g -----Original Message----- From: Linda F. Johnson [mailto:linda@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx]=20 Are you reopening the merge document where you see all the fields? That's the one that maintains the link to the query...not the one with the actual data in it. When you finish the merge, you should have two documents...the one that shows the field names in brackets...like <address> and the one that actually shows the results of the merge...it's the one with the field names in it that maintains the link to the query....You just open that and run the merge again...just the last step where you click "merge" and the document will be populated with the latest data in the query. ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, send an email to mso-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the subject line.
