Sorry, but your professor needs to get a grip on reality. I've been using
Word since 1995 and anytime you have a huge file with lots of images and
fancy stuff...it's not only gonna surely become corrupt, eventually, but
you're wasting a ton of time opening/closing the doc and moving from page
to page. Chop it into sub docs and make your life a lot easier.

I am reading your article right now. It looks like you will be getting a
student for your advanced course in Word, after I take beginning Word. I
wish my professor was still around, he now specializes in teaching
Corporate Officers (president, ceo, treasurer, etc.), and I am dang sure he
is telling them the same thing!
After reading your article and noticing the 50 page suggested limit, I am
rethinking my design here. If I am not careful, I am liable to spend a year
re-typing this and I don't want to. <g> Hopefully, I can break it up better
than that.
Too bad I can't get you and my professor together. He used to brag how much
he knew about Word and Excel that if we could prove him wrong, he would
give that person an A and graduate him/her on the spot. "NEVER happen," he
said. I would love to see you demo you know more.
