Geez...looks like you guys were having fun while I was away!<lol>

All this guy had to do was delete his .dbx file, which was most likely
corrupt and a new one would be created and life should again be
wonderful!<eg>

Tom...as I said, this has NOTHING to do with viruses...this is a plain text
list and viruses do NOT come thru here. It's your deleted items dbx file
that is causing the problem. Take this question to a Windows group who can

Subject: [mso] Please help with this

Hi Folks,
As I posted last night, I received two posts entitled "re: Embeded Objects
in Word 97" that for some reason, I could not delete. Since then, my C drive
has been filled up and I am now having trouble getting room to download
e-mail.

After extensive troubleshooting, I have determined thart the problem is
related to these two posts. If I delete some things and make room on the
disk, and then try to either delete, read, or check the properties of either
of these two posts, my C drive again instantly fills up and Outlook Express
crashes.

It seems that some kind of problem, possible a virus my anti-virus program
does not recognize, has arrived with these posts. Does anyone have an idea
as to what is going on? Are there others out there who, because of this, are
having trouble sending or receiving e-mail?

Tom Barber
