Actually....I just thought of something....are you sure it's Outlook
that is dialing?  Could it be his browser or antivirus program trying to
look for updates?  Possibly some spyware on his system that is trying to
phone home?  What makes you think it is Outlook that is dialing?

I knew it couldn't be that easy - He doesn't have Winfax, just had him
check.  Would an AntiVirus program do the same thing maybe?
