Another thing....I know you said he isn't using Winfax....but just be
sure he doesn't have it anywhere on his computer...if it's hiding
anywhere on there, this WILL cause this.  The guy I knew who had this
problem swore he didn't have winfax on his computer, but when I searched
thru Find>Files, I found the little devil, deleted it and the problem
ended.

Just do a search for winfax to appease me LOL
