I knew it couldn't be that easy - He doesn't have Winfax, just had him
check. Would an AntiVirus program do the same thing maybe?

TIA,

Janet

See if he's got WinFax on his computer. I had this same problem with
one of my clients and Vic told me to check this. Since this guy didn't
even use winfax, I just uninstalled it and the problem went away.

One of the guys in the office is having his Outlook continue to check
for
messages even when the program is closed. He says that he uses "exit
and
logoff" to close the program. Any ideas on how to stop this?

Thanks,

Janet Smith
