======================= James....it may not be Exchange Server that she's configured to use, but she may have the Corporate/Workgroup setup instead of the Internet Mail Only Setup.....to check this, go to Tools>Options and click on the Mail Delivery tab...then click on the Reconfigure Mail Support to see which one is checked However...both of these will work without Exchange Server and you can setup multiple email accounts on either version....the only difference is instead of going to Tools>Accounts, you go to Tools>Services...then, on the Services tab, click on the Add button...choose Internet Email and it's the same from there on....and you can Add as many internet email accounts as you want. ======================= EXCELLENT! This workgroup thing might be it. Now, given that this PC will NOT be used in a corporate workgroup and only lives on her desktop is there any reason NOT to move it to Internet Mail Only? James S.
