Nearly 20 years ago, until the tax rules got changed to allow separate
taxation, there was a time when we would have been better off divorced.
However, as she's younger than I am and so will still be working, she has
this strange idea that after I retire, we won't need a cleaner or a
gardener.................Hmmm!!
