Greetings, I've been using MIRA for awhile and this is the first time I've gotten a bug so I'm not quite sure what information I should post to the list about it. Here's the information thrown by MIRA (along with the suggestion that I mail it to the list). Is there other information that would be helpful? I'm running MIRA 3.4.1.1 David Localtime: Fri Jun 14 18:49:11 2013 Counting number of alignments in file ... done. Expecting 9501832 alignments. Localtime: Fri Jun 14 18:49:12 2013 Loading confirmed overlaps from disk (will need approximately 544 MiB RAM): [0%] ....|.... [10%] ....|.... [20%] ....|.... [30%] ....|.... [40%] ....|.... Please file a bug report on http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/mira-assembler/ "Error while loading adsfacts, less facts in file than calculated earlier!" ->Thrown: void Assembly::loadAlignmentsFromFile(int32 version, const string prefix, const string postfix, const string tmpfname) ->Caught: void Assembly::loadAlignmentsFromFile(int32 version, const string prefix, const string postfix, const string tmpfname) Aborting process, probably due to an internal error. If you want to report the error, please do so on http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/mira-assembler/ and also give a short notice on the mira talk mailing list. -- You have received this mail because you are subscribed to the mira_talk mailing list.
