Hi, On a topic unrelated to my previous thread, I received an error on an assembly in which I did not lie to mira about the type of sequence data. Below is the error. Any thoughts? -------------------------- Internal logic/programming/debugging error (*sigh* this should not have happened). Please file a bug report on http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/mira- assembler/ "cte.from 4294965876<0 || cte.to 4294965880 >=CON_counts.size() 557167" ->Thrown: void Contig::findBestNonMisassembledRange() ->Caught: main Aborting process, probably due to an internal error. If you want to report the error, please do so on http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/mira-assembler/ and also give a short notice on the mira talk mailing list. -- Ticket URL: <http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/mira-assembler/ticket/97> mira-assembler <http://sourceforge.net/projects/mira-assembler/> SF-project mira-assembler ----------------------------- This is a 250X250 with a set of overlapped reads and a set of paired (that didn't overlap).
