To wisely use a limited time available in GM, prepare visual aids, i.e.,
transparencies, slides or computer graphics. Those who just finished
presentations can skip the presentation of the past data but focus on the
future plan: seniors and M2. Approximate time you have may be 15' for
Seniors, 20' for M 1 and 2, and 30' for D 1-3. you can devote the first half
for the results and the second for future plan. These add up to ca 5 hours.
It is a good idea to bring your drafts or their plans up if you have some.
