[macvoiceover] Programming with VO

Hi
I was just wondering what people use to develop programs on the Mac? I am the
definition of a novice when it comes to this, but I'd like to learn--preferably
object-C, I think. I seem to remember some discussion that Xcode wasn't
accessible, but I could be misremembering. Any advice/pointers would be most
welcome.
