France and Germany aren't Marxist Countries. As I said, they are Liberal
Democracies. The Welfare State, however, is at the Left end of the Liberal
Democratic spectrum. We are at the right end. We are all Liberal
Democracies but the Welfare State is closer to Marxist Socialism than we
are. This is pretty well known.

As to France, after WWII, they bent over backward to distance themselves
from their Vichy past. They were many of them enamored of Communism and
Russia. Luc Ferry and Alain Renaut wrote of the trauma when Russia behaved
heinously in Eastern Europe. There was massive disillusionment. But as
with the U.S. Left excuses were made. We worried about Communists in our
government but they were invited into the French Government. As an example,
the French Hegelian philosopher who inspired Francis Fukuyama was Alex
Kojeve. He was a Communist and served in the French Government for many
years. There was a minor scandal when after his death it was discovered
that he had been feeding information to Mother Russia where he was born.

Hezbollah was created in Iran under Ayatollah Khomeini. It is an action arm
of Iran and sponsored by them.

That was Hezbollah.

present time.

Really? They're the ones who are kidnapping people and flying them around
the globe and
torturing them in secret camps? They're the ones who attacked another
country without
provocation nor cause, simply to seize the oil?

Oh, Lawrence. Tell German or Frenchman that he lives in a Marxist country.
He'll laugh.
