You know, in relation, I live about 15 miles north of
downtown Seattle. Very suburban area. My girl frined has
a cell phone which won't make consistant digital connections
outside downtown. But, she bought her daughter a phone with a
simillar plan with a different providor & ~that~ phone never
goes to roaming anywhere in the area.
This is progress?

PS I've firmly believed since childhood that we are at least 40
behind, technologically, where I feel we should be.
