[liblouis-liblouisxml] Testing the lou_getTablePaths function

The code is near the end of compileTranslationTable.c It is provisional,
sicne I think we need to see just what we want. The function is
available from liblouis.h with no arguments and returns a pointer to a
character string containing a list of comma-separated paths. it may need
debugging.
