You're right, there has been no change to fr-bfu-g2.ctb since my last commit. 
So svn is right in not committing it.

The story is that the table you provided is exactly like the one that
was already in svn. That's presumably why svn didn't commit it. So there
is either no problem with fr-bfu-g2.ctb (or unlikely you forgot to
attach a modified version).
