[liblouis-liblouisxml] Shell Script to produce Makefile.am for tables directory

This would automate inclusion of new tables. The check_all_tables script
from Christian could be used as a base. The script would be in svn and
whoever was making a tarball could run it beforehand. I've only done the
simplest of shell scripts myself, so I'm hoping that someone with more
experience can produce this one. One question: how do you tell the shell
to write to a file such as Makefile.am ?
