Elliot; I am not offended or upset in any way. I am just stating facts as I see them. I admit to being a computer illiterate. I would guess that it would take about 1/2 hour to read and send one slide's worth of data from a CD. I have a slooow dial-up connection, with, I would jokingly call a wind up modem! It takes an achingly long time to download even one picture from your site. Thanks for your help, Jerry "Dr. Elliot Puritz" wrote: > Hi Jerry: > > I did not mean to offend you in any way, and if your response indicates that > I did then I apologize. > > Elliot > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Jerry Lehrer" <jerryleh@xxxxxxxxxxx> > To: <leicareflex@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Sent: Sunday, November 06, 2005 5:55 PM > Subject: [LRflex] Re: European Fall > > > Elliot, > > > > Just for YOUR information, I only have Windows 3.1 on a > > 486 computer with either 16MB or 64 MB of RAM. > > > > Thanks for the information, but I know that Costco can do that > > on their Fuji Frontier machines. > > > > Jerry > > > > "Dr. Elliot Puritz" wrote: > > > >> Jerry: Just for information....what you can do is take the slides to a > >> "one > >> hour place" with the requisite machines.
