Went to Clapp this evening and had a great time! Can't complain when the first
bird of the evening is a Green-tailed Towhee! Had to leave early and only got
to bird the Arboretum (fenced in portion) due a quick increase in mosquito
activity. Also saw White-crowned, a White-throated, and Clay-colored sparrows.
Haven't seen a Clay-colored in years and have never seen a Green-tailed Towhee
here. Seemed like Robins were everywhere and the Kingbirds were swooping and
calling away.
