Jim K and I visited Clapp late afternoon and stayed until sunset. We did not
see any hummingbirds so the last feeder came down. We stayed at the Arboretum
and it was slow until just a little before sunset when birds started streaming
over. They were mostly robins, but grackles, ravens, Red-winged Blackbirds, and
probably some that we missed were included. I am sure most of my numbers are
undercounts. Skipper butterflies were on the orange cosmos and lantana.
