ran across a =real= neat freebie called "In Control";
it does an inventory of your PC, then supervises your new install ( or
UN-install ! ), then re-runs the inventory and reports on =EVERY=
change... Directories, files, registry, anything that's different...
Verrrrry cool stuff.
can also be run in "two step" mode -- kind of a "stand alone", over a
period of time... (see who installed spyware on your PC when you weren't
looking !!)
Seems to run clean -- AdAware, Norton, ZoneAlarm don't twitch an eyelash.
