Keep in mind ;  
        Your're dealing with machines -- LOTS of 'em -- running software written
by humans.
        The service is free.
        It's an imperfect world.

Hope none of that's a surprise...
If it makes you feel any better, my hi-priced ISP loses stuff too...  so
does the postoffice.
