The problem with the speed activating a light is that it would flash on and
off very quickly. You would have to adjust the code so that the light
remained on long enough to see it.

The Vspeed manages to calculate the vspeeds and send them out, so it's
possibly a question of a gauge that picks it up.

I'll put a copy of the Vspeed .xml for one of my aircrsft on my
Homepage, if you'd like to have a look.
