Hasn't anyone read the several responses in which a couple of us explained
that it was a page coding problem, labeling specifically, that occurs on
some pages that are poorly designed in terms of screen reader accessibility?

On the quick note field there is a list of users box and then where you put
your message, the message field shows up as the list sometimes.
