On Friday I unplugged everything from my computer and took it downstairs to
the air compressor to blow it out. I do it once a year. I don't blow it too
hard but I got all the dust out and plugged everything back in and it worked
fine. I had skype loaded and Norton anti virus came on and did a scan. Later
that night I came to the computer and noise was coming out of the speakers.
I tried to close down programs but nothing would happen. To shut it off I
had to hold the button in. when I turned it back on, nothing would happen.
Pin came over and she is sighted and she said the screen was just black. We
called dell and the support guy had her open the computer and take out the
memory chips. These are like little rulers. About four inches long. One of
them is defective and I am now only running on one memory stick. Or what
ever you call it. I had to reactivate jaws and I don't know why. Everything
seems to be okay and still on the drive. Why did I loose my jaws key?
