For the most part word web dictionary is comprehensive enough for most
people. The dictionary is free, it resides in your computer available to
you at any time, it gives you definitions of the word and sometimes many
definitions of the word and it provides you a list of ppossible options for
the word you are looking for should you misspell the word to begin with and
finally it provides you a list of synonyms for the word you are finding the
definition for. I admit it is no medical dictionary, but for most common
words it is quite ample.
Those who are interested can pick up a free copy of this WordWeb dictionary
here:
http://www.jfwlite.com/programs.html
I can use the program quite easily with jaws and no scripts.
