I believe the free version is wordweb3 free download.
So find that link and download the program and install it.  You may first 
wish to remove the version you presently have first via yourcontrol panel. 
Removing the shortcut link on the desktop does not remove any programs as 
far as I know.  It only removes the shortcut link to that program located in 
your programs folder.
