Hello Doug. It would be helpful to know which operating system you are using? However I am using Windows XP home edition and not having the problem that you speak of on the desktop. Keep in mind if you are using Windows Vista Jaws for Windows is still in public beta. I hope this helps. This is truly driving me nuts! Thanks to all for any help on this. Doug If I open a context menu using the applications key and arrow to an item that contains a sub menu, the sub menu automaticly seems to open. Pressing the left arrow key does not close the sub menu. Is this a Windows or Jaws problem? How do I fix this behaviour? This is making the use of a lot of my applications almost useless.
