When jaws is leaving out letters is your view on the document, email or web
normal? Jaws plays tricks and oftentimes it is the view that needs adjusting.
Hit alt v and arrow up or down to nornal and press enter. Also, make sure your
window is maximized.a Judith

I thoguht maybe it was my laptop or something being strange, but my version
of JAWS does the same thing, leaving out letters.... I'm experiencing this in
Office 2003 student edition with the latest build of JAWS 8 v. 8.0.2173U
