There are 3 ways to implement Citrix; our vendor chose the way JFW can't
handle.  I guess we got complacent, because every system we implemented
between 1996 and 2005 more or less worked.  This is the sort of thing
that has to be considered before a contract is given. However, let me
say that Kentucky's Cabinet for Health and Family Services, And its
predecessors, have been leaders statewide in assistive technology.
