Donna,

A couple of years ago I had a problem where I was using a new Dell computer at 
work. It blue screened twice a day. The solution that finally resolved the 
issue was installing a new sound card. The chip set included by Dell was not 
good enough for Jaws to run without freezing the computer from time to time 
with no warning. Since installation of the new sound card I have not had a blue 
screen crash once, and it's been two years. I hope you find the solution soon.
