Melanie,

That error means jaws is not finding or hooking your video driver. Usually
because the wrong driver is installed or no driver and you're running v g a
drivers.  I had the same issue on 2003 server.  The video intercept screen
isn't coming up because jaws isn't actually installed yet. It's still trying
to hook the vidoe at the beginning of the install. You need to figure out
what video card is on the computer and then go to the website for that
manufacturer and get the video drivers.  Then install jaws.
