Since writing my email, I decided to try installing a later version of Jaws ... 6.1. Still no go. I'm still getting the internal error that identifies DCERR_IDD as not being found. I've done a search on Google for DCERR_IDD and nothing comes up. Does anyone know what this is? And, how do I fix it? Melanie
