Hey, it is on their end, what has happened is that your on-line ID is compromised, and though they don't admit it, the fact that they have added another business to there's which also might use your ID, if someone uses it and then you call and ask why, "you account is temporarily unavailable due to multiple unsuccessful logons," which I had yesterday, I kept getting "the page you are looking for cannot be displayed," message, error 500, (internal error). So, after a lot of "hemming and hawing," I changed my on-line ID, and then I was able to use the service, but not with JFW8 or JFW5, C R A S H, or extremely sluggish response, but with Window-Eyes 6.0B3, ok. I don't know why JFW8 is having such a problem with the primary logon page of BOFA or bankofamerica.com, but it certainly is, and only since BOFA has integrated accounts with that credit card company 11 days or so ago. Call the bank, and insist that your problem is not your screen reader which someone from there tried her best to convince me it was, or, another time someone there tried to convince me that I needed some adjunct of Adobe display view, (whatever that is), in order to display the web page. Now, I ask, what in the world is that?

I just accessed the site with no problem at 4:38 pm Eastern time. So, it's not on their end. Did you call their on-line tech support?

I have been accessing Bank of America's website for quite some time and I haven't noticed any difference in access as I upgraded from JAWS 7.0, to 7.1 and now to version 8. I do all my banking on-line, including paying bills.

Hi,
i can no longer access the Bank Of America web site to log into my card account.

I am using Jaws 7.0, IE 6 and XP Home sp2.

I contacted them by phone yesterday, and they told me that it wasn't their problem.

I just haven't had time to work with Jaws 8, yet.

Is anyone else using Jaws 7, and either having the same issue, or not having it?

What happens is that I will hear that the page has loaded, and then Jaws crashes.

I have used this site for a long time without any trouble, and only started having the trouble this week.
