I'm the one who started this thread.
At least, you made some headway. All I got was the it's not our problem,
but yours.
The heck of it is that up until the past week, their web site has been very
easy to access.
Perhaps, when they get through this transition period things will smooth
out.
I have a feeling my payment may have been lost. <sigh>
