Bill, that autopick button already has a keystroke shortcut, so I use the following scripts in my Outlook JSS file to allow the key conflict to pass through to the program. Script SayCell () Var String sWin let sWin = GetWindowName ( GetRealWindow ( GlobalFocusWindow ) ) if !StringContains ( sWin , WN_MEETING ) then PerformScript SayCell () return endIf TypeCurrentScriptKey () EndScript ;*** Script NextCell () Var String sWin let sWin = GetWindowName ( GetRealWindow ( GlobalFocusWindow ) ) if !StringContains ( sWin , WN_MEETING ) then PerformScript NextCell () return endIf TypeCurrentScriptKey () EndScript ;*** You will need to define the constant WN_MEETING somewhere in your header file, my entry looks like: WN_MEETING = " - Meeting" Hope this helps, Chad On 4/26/08, Bill Tipton <bill.tipton@xxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > Hi, > > I did that and Jaws said, > Attendees status not found. > > I can find the autopick next by routing the Jaws to PC curser and right > click with the numpad or press the space bar, but it does > not seem to pick another date? > > Thanks, > Bill > > > -----Original Message----- > From: jawsscripts-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > [mailto:jawsscripts-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Brian Hartgen > Sent: Saturday, April 26, 2008 11:26 AM > To: jawsscripts@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: [jawsscripts] Re: Outlook 2003 - autopick next availble date > > Bill, while on the scheduling tab you can press control shift S which will > place the names and the availability into the jaws virtual viewer.
