Bill, while on the scheduling tab you can press control shift S which will
place the names and the availability into the jaws virtual viewer. That
should do what you want.

Subject: [jawsscripts] Outlook 2003 - autopick next availble date

        Hi all,

I have not created a script in many years; so excuse my slowness.

I want to create a script to allow me to select a time / day others are free
when setting up Outlook 2003 appointments. .

In each meeting request I will have multiple attendees.

Everyone is on same Exchange servers so Outlook calendars are viewable by
all.

Below is how a person who has sight described how they can accomplish this
task. It does not always work for me is why I was looking for a script.
Maybe somebody already has one?

- start of description -
I use a Control 2 to switch to calendar in outlook if I'm not in calendar.

When I make a new appointment, I use Control N for my keystrokes to open up
the new appointment

I can switch to the scheduling tab then with Control TAB in Outlook. I
usually add my names for the meeting here. If you added all your folks to
the meeting on the appointment tab, it will take a little while to populate
all their schedules on the scheduling tab.

Then I use the AUTOPICK NEXT. I have not found a shortcut key, but it is
always 4 tabs keypresses away if the cursor is on the "attendees" column.
It shows me the next available meeting time for everyone on the call.

- End of description

I am using Jaws 9.0.2152, Outlook 2003 and Windows XP Pro

Thanks,

Bill Tipton
