I cannot find where I got the download link from but I have taken a quick 
look at the Adobe sight. The URL of the relevant page appears to be

http://www.adobe.co.uk/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

I admit that I found the page rather confusion so I could send the Adobe 
Reader file that I downloaded instead. It is rather large and would take 
quite a time to download via a dial up connection. If you would like the 
download please contact me off list.
