The updates are available for Adobe Reader 7.0 from this page:
http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=10&platform=Windows
There are three small updates which you will need to download indivudlally
and install likewise.

HI again all, especially Phil Medway and Tristram
I took the advice from Phil Medway's last message and have now managed to
get to the OK button that Tristram referred to in a conversation I had with
him yesterday, therefore, the download of updates is happening as I am
writing this message.
