you can upload your file there. It is stored on the site for seven days and the designated recipient is sent an email with a download link for whatever you uploaded. You can upload up to 1 gig in size and this service is free.

I cannot find where I got the download link from but I have taken a quick look at the Adobe sight. The URL of the relevant page appears to be

I admit that I found the page rather confusion so I could send the Adobe Reader file that I downloaded instead. It is rather large and would take quite a time to download via a dial up connection. If you would like the download please contact me off list.

I downloaded Adobe Reader 7 about a month ago. I ran the update feature
earlier this week and got the message "No updates available".
